Field inspection folder

No outside CAD program. Load the isometric or a photo of the marked-up print and tap each joint:
- Weld and flange bolt-up circles go beside the joint with a leader line — never on top of the pipe — and every number reads level.
- Numbers come from the weld log; colors follow the status (pending / passed); bolt-ups show their torque stage.
- Welds still in the log but not on a sheet wait in a tray to be placed.
WPS / PQR workspace
Your company's own workspace for WPS, PQR and welder qualifications: ASME IX, AWS D1.1, API 1104 and 18 other standards. Every WPS is checked against its PQR, variable by variable, and the registers fill themselves in.
EPC project controls
Schedule, procurement and POs, change orders, billing and pay applications, retainage and cost control. Link the EPC project to its QC job and weld progress comes straight from the QC weld log; change-order welds feed that same log.
